How does shipping work for my new bicycle?
We offer two convenient shipping options: Flat-rate shipping directly to your doorstep for home assembly, or our Buy Online, Pickup in Store (BOPIS) program where your bike is professionally assembled at a local partner bike shop for free.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bicycle within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the bike is in its original condition; a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been ridden extensively.
Do the bikes come with a warranty?
Every Brooklyn Bicycle Co. frame is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered by a one-year warranty to ensure you stay on the road with peace of mind.
How do I choose the right size frame?
Each product page features a detailed size guide based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or reaching out to our team for a personalized fit consultation.
Are the bikes shipped fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your home arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and easy-to-follow video instructions for a smooth setup.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with specialized payment providers to offer flexible, interest-free monthly installment plans so you can start riding now and pay over time.
